Eko - 8 years old Eko (Ch Kipmik's Hot To Trot ONYX), made breed history by attaining the required points for her Flyball ONYX title at an unprecendented 20,000 points! What a girl. There will never be another malamute with this amount of heart and drive. She's incredible!!!

Kobuk - 6 years old Kobuk (BIS A/C UKC Ch Kipmik's Kampaign Promise A/C CD CGC), owned and handled by Gilda Goldberg, took BEST IN SHOW at the Essex County Kennel Club show under judge Ms Ann Hennigan. The judge's comment when she awarded this honor, "He looked like he could do the job." Kobuk followed with a Group 2nd the next day under judge Ms Edna Perks.

paw August 5-7, 2005

Tuzak (Kipmik's Save It For The Judge), took Winners Dog both Friday and Saturday under judges Ms C. McCowan and Mr. A. DiLorenzo, finishing the weekend with Best of Winners at the Mid-East area booster under judge Ms I. Knight. Not bad for making his ring comeback without a stitch of coat. Sorry, no picture. We'll wait for the coat.

Kobuk - 6 years old Kobuk (A/C UKC Ch Kipmik's Kampaign Promise A/C CD CGC), owned and handled by Gilda Goldberg, won Best of Breed and a Group 3rd at the Barrie Kennel Club show under judge Mr. Mike Jackman.

Kobuk (A/C UKC Ch Kipmik's Kampaign Promise A/C CD CGC), owned and handled by Gilda Goldberg, took group placements both days at the Kars Community Recreation Association show held in Kars, Ontario. Amid incredible heat and humidity, Kobuk and Gilda took a Group 4th on Saturday under judge Ms Denise Cornelssen, and a Group 3rd on Sunday under judge Mr. Neil Graves.

Kobuk (A/C UKC Ch Kipmik's Kampaign Promise A/C CD CGC), owned and handled by Gilda Goldberg, took Best of Breed two out of three days with a respectable entry of mals at the large Oxford County Kennel Club show. Judges were Mr. Ed Bivin and Mr. Richard Chashoudian.

Kyota (Kipmik's Quiet Riot), took Winners Bitch/Best of Opposite today at the Hamilton Kennel Club Show from the Bred By Class without her coat, as usual. Judge was Mr. Robert Gilham. If we can find more than one dog at a time, she just might finish someday! Kobuk (A/C UKC Ch Kipmik's Kampaign Promise A/C CD CGC), owned and handled by Gilda Goldberg, took Best of Breed all three days.

Eko - 7 years old K9 Thunder played at the PawzieTraction tournament in Grand Valley. Eko (Ch Kipmik's Hot To Trot FMCH) picked up a whopping 930 points and now sits at a grand total of 19,053 points. Way to go, Eko!  Eight years old and still running strong!!!.

Kobuk - 6 years old Kobuk (A/C UKC Ch Kipmik's Kampaign Promise A/C CD CGC), owned and handled by Gilda Goldberg, took a Group 3rd at the Ontario County Kennel Club show under judge Mrs. Wendy Paquette on Friday, continuing his winning streak with a Group 4th under judge Mr. Kenneth Buxton on Saturday. The heat and humidity were unbearable but nothing stops this team!

Kobuk (A/C UKC Ch Kipmik's Kampaign Promise A/C CD CGC), owned and handled by Gilda Goldberg, attended the K-W Kennel Club show and came home with Best of Breed both Sunday and Monday, defeating the top ranked special. He's back!!!

Kobuk - 6 years old Kobuk (A/C UKC Ch Kipmik's Kampaign Promise A/C CD CGC), owned and handled by Gilda Goldberg, went to his first United Kennel Club show hosted by Maple Leaf Kennel Club and came home an UKC champion, with four Group 1sts, one Reserve Best In Show and TWO BESTS IN SHOW!!!  Not bad for his first time in the ring for almost a year and a half.  Way to go, Gilda and Kobuk!

Eko - 7 years old K9 Thunder played at the Pure Gold tournament in Thornton. Eko (Ch Kipmik's Hot To Trot FMCH) picked up another 658 points and now sits at a grand total of 18,323 points. Eko will celebrate her eighth birthday at the end of the month.

Eko - 7 years old K9 Thunder played its first flyball tournament for 2005, and what a tournament it was! With three teams entered and several new dogs, everyone played their best, had a great time and picked up a pile of points. Eko (Ch Kipmik's Hot To Trot FMCH) earned another 715 points and now sits at a grand total of 16,317 points. A great start to the new year!
